My credit score is TransUnion Experian Equifax
Current Score 659 648 638
I wanted to Tapp into a HELOC And use the funds to invest in an investment property.. but I was denied by my credit union because I cosign for my brother and he missed two 30 days back in July/June Which also made my Scored drop 50 points, He has made his payment on time Ever since ...This is holding me back from acquiring my second property which I wanted to do a BRRRR

@Aaron Lee Murphy I mean I spoke to Hard money lender and he said that the money has to be seasoning
And a account before I can use as a deposit ....I’m sure different Hard money lender’s have different requirements
