Thank you all for the welcome. Rehabbing "flipping"houses was something that really interested me, but I think I am now leaning more to buying rental properties. Wholesaling is a new concept for me but sounds interesting. Eventually I'd like to do try all aspects of it. Right now my biggest hurdle is getting my wife to buy into it.

Hello everyone. Just found these forums a couple of days ago and I am really glad I did. Tons of helpful members.. I have long been interested in real estate and I am hoping to finally start pursuing that. I'm still not to the point where I am ready to jump in , but I hope to start really educating myself to get there faster (hopefully in18-24 months) and I think this site will really help.
