Who’s ready to talk about raising capital to fund real estate???

November 28 is our next meetup and I’m excited to announce our guest speaker Ian Lobas!!

Ian is based out of Baltimore and invests in multifamily, flips property, uses the BRRR method and has buy and hold property - all with OPM (other peoples money). Ian is also an accomplished coach, real estate agent, speaker and Gobundance member.

Ian will join virtually through Zoom exclusively for our live attendees to be able to ask questions and interact. I hope to see you there!!

This month, we’ll be at the Buffalo Wild Wings on Larson Road in Howell. Thank you to Craig Herring for letting us join his real estate group for our meeting this month.

We will have a chance to network with another local meetup. This month, we’ll put together some packets with a tool for analysis and complete an analysis on a multifamily property in small groups. Great way to dig in, ask questions of each other and build the skill of deal analysis.

Start time will be 7pm in a back room of the restaurant.

This real estate meet up will have three goals:

- Provide a platform for real estate investors of all experiences to network and get deals done
- Provide a place where investors get education in topics they desire
- Provide a broader perspective on mindset, eliminating limiting beliefs and entrepreneurial growth

While the meet up will have a specific concentration on multifamily, investors from all asset classes should attend. The general concepts (flipping, buy and hold, cash flow, etc) cross all investment types.

As this is a new meet up, we will determine if it's necessary to create niche groups specific to syndication or other areas of multifamily to cater to the apartment investors in the group.

We'll keep it simple for the first couple of meet ups - let's get together, network, get to know each other and brainstorm where we'd like this meet up to go!
