@Mindy Jensen That would be a very accurate analogy! Thank you, looking forward to the announcement.

@Richard C. Great Idea, thank you Richard!

Hi everyone,

I am new to BP.com; therefore, sifting through thousands of great blogs could be difficult. Does anyone know if we can "save" a specific blog post to read later? Thanks for your help!

@Dmitriy Fomichenko Thank you very much for the information. The word alert system is a smart strategy to increase efficiency of BP, I will do that. I will get on the blogs as well, I am a podcast listener and I really enjoy Brandon's blogs (though catching up on the 200+ episodes).

@Joe Norman, you are right! There are many pockets within Dundalk that are completely different than the rest of the neighborhood. You have a point about Rosedale. Maybe we should expand our areas to include Baltimore city then. Thank you for the advice. I apreacite it.

@Ned Carey Thank you for your input! I will have to continue to expand my network and meet investors in the area.

Lamont, Thank you so much for your input and valuable opinion. I have also joined the Baltimore REIA and will be attending my first meeting tonight. Great news to hear about Dundalk, as I am looking into starting a portfolio of rental properties. I will need to network more and find a good realtor, thank you for the advice!!

Hello,

My husband and I are planning to start our journey in REI (Real Estate Investing) in the Baltimore County, Maryland area. We are looking in the Dundalk and Rosedale areas for properties ranging in the 50-60K (fixer uppers). Does anyone know what the market is like in these two counties, for a buy and hold potential? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
