The 1st question would be.....labor? who is doing it? Would the work be done by a contractor or are you doing it yourself?

The end credits say the show is inspired by real events with names/places changed. They are all actors. It is not real.

I was at Home Depot the other day and noticed that they had an end cap display of one of these units. I didn't pay much attention to it as they were just building the new display. You could check HD's website for more info and reviews.

Big mistake. What if the potential buyer has really bad taste, you build the house to suite their poor choices and then they back out on a finance or HOA clause? You want to make your houses appeal to 90% of the potential homebuyers. You have to know what is important in your area when it comes to features and upgrades. Remember, your ultimate goal is to spend the least amount of money to make the most amount of money. You are not going to live there.....so you need to pick what you are going to spend your money on to maximize the home appeal.

We have been getting outbid by owner occupants to the point that they are paying way too much for the homes. They are way past what it would cost for them to rehab the home and even break even at ARV. Its getting crazy in my market.

Doesnt the govt under the new health plan guidelines (ObamaCare) get to decide if someone is too old to make it worth while to have surgery? Kind of the same thing.
As for the kids, I dont care if people have as many kids as they want...just dont expect my tax $$ to take care of them as the replacement sole financial provider.

I own a large retail store that specializes in baby and children's furniture, strollers, etc. Most of my customers are middle to upper income. There are definitely some crazy ones out there. We have tons of stories.

Why not create a 2nd LLC? I doubt they would check on who owns them.
