@Anthony Benenate thanks. I need to commit to the podcast. I just struggle to retain info from those versus something I read. Guess it’s just how I’m wired. But hearing what the successful folks are reqding might me the motivation to listen.

I'm a newbie but committed to start my rental property investing. Great credit and 401(k) balance but not a lot of spare cash. The information out here is overwhelming. I'm a study-learn-do kind of guy. What's the best first book to read?
