Good morning is it true that when you purchase a tax lien property before you get possession of the property it may be in a decaying State that could worsen before you actually get the property which will cost you more money to do Rehab on it

Okay good morning Mike. My question is if you purchase a tax lien property and you do some rehab work on it within that redeemable period. Later on if it's redeem by the owner can you recoup the money for Rehab
