Hello, 

 My name is Jimmy I am currently located in South Florida West Palm Beach area. A newbie to the investment world but excited about the prospects of the information that I have obtained so far. My wife and I are looking to purchase a home. In this process have been interested in wholesaling or other options to cash flow properties. We both are working full time jobs (Fire sprinkler inspector/tech and  dermatology MA) and we would like to add a few thousand dollars a month to the income. Not too sure how to buy this home as a first home/rental property. I look forward into learning as much as possible on this forum. We would appreciate  any suggestions that you guys may have.

I am new to investing and have been researching ventures to take. In the process I have down sized in home to save for a home to purchase. Going from a 4/3 2000sqft to a 2/2 975sqft. Oh there are three kids and my wife and I. We would like to buy a home either traditionally or FHA loan. I also have been contiplating on lease to own. Any suggestions on finding a home to later sale and move up in property size. I am able to qualify for $275,000 FHA/ 3.5% down. Not really trying max out, but the price Verse value seems slim in the West palm beach, Florida area. Any suggestion would be appropriate.
