Hey Chicago!

I was looking for some help! I had a deal fall through because my relationships with contractors are pretty weak at this point. Can anyone recommend someone they trust and find a good value. I appreciate the help.

@Phillip Dwyer, I was mostly involved with multi-unit condos, but there was some commercial and rental property scattered in as well. Hard to believe it was almost 10 years ago. It was small company, but growing company that I had a lot of opportunity to help shape, both operations and management. Great experience.
