Hey There!
I am a newbie from NW Michigan - I just opened a loss mitigation business in Traverse City, and part of that is short sales. I have been a mortgage broker for 8 years, and have been fishing to "branch out" over the past few years... I would like to make wholesaling and short saling my main business, utilizing the REOs & pre-foreclosures / foreclosures in my area. I can lend a big hand when having finance concerns, and negotiation with the lenders / mitigation of sorts, so ask away - I will let you know for sure if I am having a blond moment and don't quite get what you're asking - but will always help you find your answer - LOL... i am still new to the short sale & wholesale end - but that is my direction I am going with this loss mitigation. My aim is to be able to connect & network to learn more about this great business! I already have a ton of questions.... so i am going to be back often.... so - just wanted to stop by and introduce myself, and say HI All!
