My credit score is 657 and im looking to do an VA loan on a REO property that i have spoted in my area through an MLS. The price of the loan is well within my limits via a random mortgage calculator iv found on the internet. Do you guys think ill have luck getting a loan in the current lending market?

I did the 7 day trial thing and cancled my account after 40 minutes. You can get the same info on pre-forclosures from your local news paper and I found more REOs in my area with local agents and searching on google....for FREE.

I was wondering if any of you out there have had any experience buying an REO using an VA loan? Are their restrictions? If you dont know but could push me in the right direction that would be awesome.
