I’ve done call center work for roughly 10 years. I’m comfortable on the phones and have no problem talking to people. What would you recommend be a good state to start in?

Hello everyone,

I would absolutely love to get some help here. I would really like to partner up with a wholesaler with experience willing to take someone under their wing and show them the ropes. I understand mentorship’s aren’t free and I would be happy to work something out

Any advice and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you everyone for you input. From what I have gathered:

1. There would be no commission as an agent just as a wholesaler.

2. Just be upfront with the person and let them know their options and what you can offer as a wholesaler.

3. Let them know it might be assigned to confirm if they would be willing to this so that the assignment using the CAR purchase agreement doesn't have any issues.

Any other information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone,

I am new to being an agent and would like to start being an investor but I need some clarification. For the purpose of wholesaling, what do other agents/investors do in regards to their commission as an agent? Would they get commission plus the assignment fee?

Thank you in advance.
