If I use a 40,000.00 Home equity line at 5.24% interest. What would be my monthly payment? I would like to factor this into my numbers. I have found online calculators but donot know if they give me the correct amount.

Hello from RI...I have been reading this forum for a couple of months now and have been learning alot. What I do is nowhere near realestate investing ( I work at a help desk) but a I have the desire to end this 9 to 5 torture before I hit 40. Currently I am close to purchasing my first property and I am very nervous. I will try to post my numbers later on today.
