Hi there,
Me and my wife have a cabin in Northern Michigan that we rent out in summer. We rent it out trough VRBO and Airbnb etc.
We are looking for someone in that can help us with a good solid rental contract.
Thanks
Joakim

When your ready to take the test you can read 2013 Michigan Real Estate Exam Prep Questions and Answers. That book is written by people who worked for the company that writes the test.

Hi Beth.
Who did you use online for the classes?
Thanks

It's FAR easier here than in some other states. I took the Michigan test just 4-6 weeks ago and I prepared by taking some sample tests (I did my course online). The sample tests were more difficult than the actual test. Know the protected classes, the civil rights issues, all the real estate terminology, and you should be ok. Good luck!

Hi there,
We own a cabin up in northen Michigan it 2 bedroom 1 bath. Its a summer rental. We like the idea of add on more bedroom and a new full bath, the current bath will be removed to give space for a bigger kitchen.
can anyone give me some sort of idea of what this bedroom and bath would cost?
Thanks
Joakim

- You can find a list of books here on BP, the ones i'm reading and have read and recommend to you are. 1) Rich dad poor dad for teens, 2) rich dad poor dad, 3) think and grow rich 4) buy books on the strategy you'll be focusing on. I'll suggest that you create a cart on Amazon and add all the books you want! Find a job and buy them! Try to use your own money because you'll be more responsible and the best investment you can make is in yourself!
- the best course you can take of course is reading books, reading blogs, listening to podcast, and starting out bird dogging for investors! Always take notes!
Send me a DM if you need anything I will help!
I stared a cart on Amzon and just keep filling it up with books, buy them used it will same you a few dollars.. or the laibery is a good one too..
