Welcome! I'm fairly new as well! You should start networking immediately. I believe I've learned more in this past month on bigger pockets then I have in the past year! You should send college requests to your surrounding investors with a brief message about how you're new and and that any pointers or guidance would be greatly appreciated! They will be more then happy to assist. Go to the REI meetings in your area and network like crazy! Best of luck Jo

Post: Vumber! Toll free VS Local area code

Team I'm literally attempting to set up my Vumber account and am wondering if I should go the toll free route or the local? Which one will get me a better response rate?!

Personal opinion:

-Toll free seems professional/legit yet cold; too corporate

-Local seems small time yet warm; scammy (not a word, I know)

Help!

I agree... Even when researching it on the web, there's hardly any information.
