Subcontractors, Contracts & Cash Flow Strategies
Dan’s company Horizon View Homes has been working in residential and commercial real estate since 2009 where it has done everything from fix and flip to (it’s focus since 2015) land entitlement and development.

In that time Dan has become an expert at working with sub-contractors and acquiring private money to keep his business growing.

At this event you will hear Dan talk about how to properly write up contracts to work with your subs and general contractor, as well as how to create enhanced cash-flow strategies.

There are so many ways to make money in real estate these days, but the 1031 Exchange might be the thing that we hear about from the most diverse group of people.

What we mean by that is, you’re uncle might not be a real estate investor by trade but he has a few investment properties and has done a 1031 exchange (once or twice).

Or the retired guy that you meet in the campground tells you he’s been “trading up his houses” over his whole life, and it’s set him up nicely to drive an RV around all year.

Furthermore, with all that being said, we still feel like not everyone is using the 1031 exchange to the best of it’s ability, so we are bringing Bill Exeter from Exeter 1031 all the way up to Seattle (from San Diego) to teach us the ins and outs of the 1031 exchange.

Real Estate Syndication
In all my years of real estate investing, real estate syndication is a topic that has consistently come up. BUT it’s something that very few people have actually made happen.

This is why we are so excited to have Tamar Mar of the Investing for Life podcast come to the Club to teach us how she has actually made real estate syndication work for her business.

Don’t miss August 11th at 4pm to hear how Tamar Mar has made this happen!

This presentation is so good that Julie does it once a year for the Club. The reason the presentation is so good is... because Julie is an absolute real estate ninja! Not only that, but has really figured out how to talk to sellers.

And not just some sellers, but she has mastered the different types of seller personalities that will come up in almost any seller appointment.

Even if you've seen this presentation before, this could still be the most important learning event that you come to all year. I mean, if you want to close more real estate deals that is...
