Thanks for all the responses. I appreciate everyone posting. I have decided to use a traditional landline. All were very helpful; thanks again for taking some time to post. Have a nice day. :)

When using a phone to speak to sellers/buyers, what do you prefer - Landline telephone? Or, VoiP?

I don't use a cellphone because mine sucks and drops calls, so I have not included it as a choice, respectively. Please choose from the two choices above and explain WHY you prefer/choose whichever choice you've chosen! :)

Thank you to everyone who provides an answer.

My apologies if this is in the wrong sub-section of the forums.

Now on to my question:

I live in Texas. I am looking to join a reputable REi club. Can anyone please suggest a club to join? I will drive any distance within Texas so let the suggestions fly! :)

Thanks in advance.

Post: Background check - please advise

Hello. I was wondering how to do a background check to find a person's registered company's (LLC). Basically what I am trying to do is find out the names of LLC's owned by an individual. The person in question will NOT tell me outright..... Is there a way to find out this information? Please advise.

And, sorry if I posted in the wrong forum category. I wasn't sure which category to choose....

Thank you for any help.

Post: How to get a Mass "Sold" report?

Hello. I am searching for an online service (or app) that will allow me to:

1. Search for all the SOLD comps in my area via zip code, county, etc. (within the last 30 days) tailored into a MASS report.

2. Allow me to save or print them off as a bundled (report) as a .PDF, etc.

Or, if there is no service that does this, is there an alternative way to do it? I'm trying to keep it as simple and fast as possible a process as I can, though. That is why I ask for a service. Thanks for reading and thanks for any help.

Greetings and hello Bigger Pockets Community. My name is Joe Colling. I am new to the Bigger Pockets community and therefore thought it ethical to introduce myself.

<---- Not your average. :)

Quick Summary:

I am a private investor with an interest in residential homes (distressed and non-distressed). I started investing earlier this year. I am enjoying the journey of Real Estate Investing; it becomes more appealing to me everyday. I am for the first time in my life ENJOYING MY WORK! How many people can say that in our "worker bee" society of 9-5ers who hate their jobs, bosses, etc.?

On a brighter note, I am currently looking to make connections with private lenders, real estate agents, and real estate investors in Texas (my home state). From San Antonio to Austin, I invest in real estate. I don't do rentals at this time - only straight wholesaling.

I have subscribed to the Bigger Pockets Youtube channel and spent the last few hours reading many articles found on this site. So far, I like the info and the community seems helpful from a glance...Although, this is my first post so we'll see how many people take offense to my super loooong post, here. :)

I'm hoping to make valuable connections that not only serve my business needs but perhaps blossom into a "friend" relationship as well. My ultimate goal is to develop a small team of trustworthy SUPER-HERO like connections that can help my business grow. I like people who are similar to me: I am a go-getter and I like to make deals happen. If your a part-timer or don't work very hard, then we probably would not work well together. If you would like to hook up with me on LinkedIn or Facebook, send me a PM. I accept all and judge none. :)

Okay, so this is the end of my summary. I hope you enjoyed reading about me and thanks for your time. I appreciate it because I know how important time is. Anyway, It is a pleasure to meet you all here at the Bigger Pockets community! Thank you. :)
