@Cassandra Alessio buy and hold but will flip if necessary. Why NJ? That's where all of my team and network is. Without a team/partners it's extremely challenging to be successful and scale.

@Rom Smith-McCloud there are definitely opportunities. You need to find the deals, in all likelihood off the MLS if your looking in north jersey. The other option is to partner with an expert in a particular region.

@Justin Seaverns there's markets where prices aren't crazy, especially in south NJ. Or buy off market

@Justin Seaverns Couldn't agree more. Everybody talks about leverage when it comes to mortgage/loans etc... But not many people talk about leveraging relationships & knowledge 👍🏼
