@Harjeet Bhatti that's the part that no body talk about when doing a BRRR that if you use the heloc as a down payment they will calculate that on the D/I. Thanks a lot!

Just a Newbie trying to the BRRR strategy 😅

I have been contacting a lot of banks and have not had any luck finding a bank that can let me use my HELOC as a down payment on a property. Any suggestions? Gracias in advance!

@Joe Prillaman nice! By using private money how do you structure the lenders how long will it take to pay them back and how much is interest are they charging?

@Aaron T. Thanks! So far I have not found anybody good lol I qualified for bigger loans in the U.S. but in PR banks are more strict.
