Hello,
I'm new to the sight, but have been investing since 2007. I have flipped over 330 properties and hoping to network with individuals who are private investors looking to put their funds to work or with individuals who know of investors looking to put their funds to work.
I'm currently offering 8% interest with a secured first deed of trust against properties I'm currently holding in inventory free and clear.
