Skip Tracing - has anyone used BatchSkipTracing.com or Datazapp?
I need some good numbers for cold calling with Mojo Dialer so I need to run about 5000 names.
Any good recommendations would be great!

@Michael Quarles - thanks for your input. Do you know of any data/split testing etc on postcards?
You use branded 1-color cards - good idea.
It's a big topic - love to know any info/data on one vs the other - love to hear your thoughts - !

Hi everyone - quick question:
I'm looking for info on the difference between these two types of postcards:
1. 1-color postcard (yellow, pink etc) that is personalized with homeowner name address etc
2. 4-color card that only has the name and mailing address
Does anyone have any experience with these two types of postcards.
I've priced them out and they are about the same price per piece basically from yellowletters.com and a local mailing house here in Los Angeles.
I'm leaning toward the 1-color personalized card but I'd love to hear anyone thoughts.
Thanks!

@Brent Coombs - lots like that! I've had good luck here in Los Angeles and Seattle.
Need to be mindful!

@Aubrey Painter - I've found a good place to start is with your local REIA.
The good ones are well attended and you can meet buyers, wholesalers, flippers, hard money lenders etc, and they are also a good source for info.
I also like local meetups -
It's all about networking - that's really the most important aspect of real estate investing.
DM me if you'd like more specifics - too much to put in a post!
Good luck!

@Grayson Gist - wow - sounds great to me.
I know that Deal Machine lets you send a postcard with a pic of the house (not sure how that would make the home owner feel) but if they are rental properties it should be fine.
Love to hear how it works out for you -
