Make sure to do an in depth analysis  for past 5 years of the neighborhood as to how many appreciated and do a comp with the one you are trying to buy

Have a strategy to do Value add example kitchen remodeling , have  good references for contractors

Attend a REI meetup in that area and also scour Facebook groups

Have an exit strategy in place in case things go slightly south

Need to buy Class A assets in cities where there is demand and population growth and  also diverse industries to drive job growth..or  buy in a  barrier island where there is no more land which can built upon

Hello. Has anyone used AMEX Business Line Of Credit to scale quicker?  Like get a 100000 line of credit and buy 2 houses each year?

Leverage in real estate using creative financing etc is a good path to lesrn
