Thanks Gary , i do have other properties i would consider using that are paid off . i was just trying to make this property stand for its self. maybe it would be easier to use one of those ? thanks again for youre help 

the home is a singlewide and is a 1998 . i would add the property is in a a popular area and will rent for 900.00-950 a month . also the land would bring what im paying without the home . thanks for youre reply  

looking to put a manufactured home under contract in the next couple weeks. home is in a great area im looking to buy and hold. i do have other rentals and looking to grow the portfolio after purchase and rehab ill be at 60 percent of property value . any suggestions is appreciated tia

anyone have recommendations for funding for a manufactured home on land . i have a deal coming up in a couple weeks i would like to get funding for. purchase price is 60k est rehab will be around 10k . home is in a great area. im looking to buy and hold to ad to my portfolio. can i get a DSCR loan ? if so any recommendations? or private money ? recommendations ? after purchase the property will value 135k plus . thanks in advance
