@Harold Garnes thanks for your response. So after I have a tenant and refinance, how will i be able to pay my private lender?

I am somehow confused with the BRRR. How will I be able to pay for the first loan from a private lender if I don't have a tenant yet during the rehab period?

Then after refinancing the property, how will I be able to pay the private lender if I am already paying the bank? I will really appreaciate your answers.
