Having issues getting a conventional 30 year Mortage refi on a triplex. Tried the original loan holder (quicken) they said they couldn’t refi. It has been remodeled and over 65-75K worth of equity. Any other suggestions to get a refi? other lenders, credit unions, etc.. i have excellent credit and Looking to BRRRR into another multi family building. Thank you in advance

Thank you I figured that much. Wouldn’t be better to protect your personal assets,’for a LLC fee than risk a lawsuit? @John Warren

I’ve currently closed on a triplex in San Bernadino county w/ 20% Down. I’m doing some cosmetic repairs, and hope to have enough to take out about 30K to invest in another property in 6 months. My realtor said I can take out the cash after 6 payments.  Question: is now that I opened a LLC To cover me in case of a lawsuit. Will the LLC interfere with me taking out the cash? Should I wait until the refi is done before putting the triplex under the LLC? Thank you

Hello BP family and friends. I'm John a REI in San Bernadino county of California. I'm focusing right now on 2-4 multi units and doing THE BRRRR on my current residence. My goal is to invest in multi units (20-100) out in the south/ Midwest.

I currently own 1 triplex and a SFH in San Bernadino. Looking to connect with like minded people.

I do have a small bit of capital in savings. But I can offer ALOT more than cash. I’m currently licensed in termite and pest control. I rebuilt my kitchen/ house from the studs on. I can do or have connections in Pluming, electrical, drywall, paint, etc. ( Jack of all master of none) as I worked for my uncle a top general contractor in the city of Glendora, and I have experience. Also a licensed Notary and in loan doc signings.

If you or know anyone that I can be pointed to the right direction, it would be much appreciated.

Looking for a hand up not a hand out!

Thank you in advance
