I'm looking for a BPO vendor. Does anyone have any recommendations? Looking for a vendor that can help with the following:

- Include all or some of repair estimates

- Exterior drive by BPO

- Occasional interior BPO

- Commercial BPO

- Nationwide service

Hi Everyone, 

Looking for some help on a tax issue.

I have a borrower that wants to do a loan mod on a loan that matures September 1st, 2020. The borrower last made a payment in July 2018. 

This will actually be my first time working out a loan mod with a borrower. I was told that if I change the interest rate or modify the terms of the loan, that I would have to claim the entire UPB as taxable income for this year.

My question is..if I put the borrower on a forbearance agreement without changing the interest rate or modifying the loan, and all I do is extend the date to 6 to 12 months from September 1st, would that allow me to not claim the UPB as taxable income for 2020? Is there anything else I need to be looking out for?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Im not sure if this is the right forum to be asking this, but would anyone have a general idea of what court costs/ attorney fees are for foreclosing in Lake County IL?

I've done some research on other BP forums, but due to the dates of the answers, I am getting anything between 8k and 15k. 

Was just wondering if someone had recently gone through one and had some insight to share.

Exactly! Thats why I was wondering if anyone had an example of their own which they were willing to share. Something that would give me a better idea of how it should look. 

Wasn't sure if what I was asking for was overstepping a little due to the personal info that may be on the agreements, but any sensitive info can always be blacked out.

Hi Everyone! First time attendee here! Really excited to get my feet wet and hopefully meet some of you!

I had a question regarding the Annual Note Social held by the NAP. Is anyone here going? As a first time attendee, is this something I should go to? Might have to change my flight to get in a little earlier, but will definitely do so if its worth the time!
