Post: Architect or Engineer Recs? Multifamily Unit Split

Does anyone have a recommendation for an architect or engineer in the Cincinnati area? I have a 5 unit building in Madisonville and I'm interested in converting the 4bd/1ba unit into a 2bd/1ba unit and another 1bd/1ba unit. If it's not possible, then the plan is to convert the 4bd/1ba into a 3bd/2ba. The architect I usually use has ghosted me, so looking for some other options. Thanks!

Can anyone suggest a handyman to help me with patching & repairing a fiberglass shower pan? Previous landlord did a crappy job and now the shower is leaking onto the tenants below. Property is in Madisonville. Thanks in advance!

Thanks @James Wilcox. Do they handle many large complexes? I'm seeing a lot of SFH's on their FB page and a lot of for sale listings on their website, but I'm not seeing larger communitites that they manage.

Looking for a 3rd party PM that operates in Lexington, KY for a mid-size apartment complex. Anyone have suggestions? Looking for someone more established than a mom & pop operator. They must be able to handle 100+ units. Thank you!

How will the declining stock markets and the 10 Year yield dropping below 3% affect RE Investors? Are we going to see a lot more competition as people flee the market to invest in Real Estate? What do you all see as the ramifications when it comes to multi-family & apartment investing?

Has anyone here gone through this process at all? We're in Ohio and have an opportunity to purchase a mobile home park that's located in a great area for new apartment development. Just trying to gauge how hard it would be to get the land use re-zoned to Apartments before we go further down the line.
