Has anyone been working with Fund that Flip/ Upright lately? Can't seem to reach anyone and clients aren't getting rehab draws.

All of them would have an interest in seller financing if the terms are right.

Limited resale pool, and most "cash buyers" actually use hard/private money and they typically don't want to lend in 55+ communities.

 There are a lot of factors to take into consideration when drastically changing the blueprint, especially from an under writing perspective. It won't fit will all lenders, but there are plenty of bridge lenders here on BP that should be able to give you some options. Use the "Find a Lender" tool. GL!

Partner with a local lender. They typically have some of the best buyers lists.
