1. When they pay you, do they wire you the funds or they give you a cashier's check? How do you get paid?

2. What software do you use to send contracts and get them signed?

3. Do you get paid before getting the contacts signed or after getting the contracts signed between you, seller, buyer etc?

Tenant buyer has to pay me an option fee, which will be around 5k/10k. I heard its better if they wire you the funds rather then giving you a cashier's check because there is a higher risk of fraud with cashier's checks.

Im out of state, its a lease option. They must give me an option fee. Which might be 5k. Plus the first months rent. Should I get the money first and then have them sign the paperwork work or have them sign the paperwork and then get the money?

Why don't you accept paypal or venmo?

@Steve Morris Hello Steve, so I have to verify the funds before signing any paperwork? I thought I had to have them sign and then collect the money. How does it work?
