I've used iPostal for about 4 years. They are great. The app is very easy to use and there are lots of features that allow you to consolidate, ship and/or discard mail. They will even hold your mail and allow you to pick it up locally.

Please post updates as you progress. I am attempting the same in the DMV area but I am doing a new construction 4plex... same issue though, percentage wise the numbers seem outrageous!

Post: VA Approved builders in DC, VA, MD or WV

I am trying to find a VA approved builder so that I may use USAA financing. I have compared the lists at

Residential Development and  Contractor/Construction with the VA approved builder lookup tool. But so far there are no builders on bigger pockets that can be found using the lookup tool. As far as contacting the builders directly from the lookup tool, none seem to have a phone number, email, website... or in many cases aren't related to real estate or construction at all. Perhaps it's because of the area that I am looking in but I am just trying to find a reputable and established VA approved builder that is easy to contact and communicate with. Ideally, I am trying to find a builder that has worked with USAA before and is familiar with the process(es) of converting the "construction" loan to a VA mortgage.

Any information would be helpful. Thanks
