Michael yes install is free every is free you just pay them 120 dollars a month and 20 dollars to the electricity company. Unless you use their electric them you pay for what you have used

Welcome this is the right place to learn. You should defiantly listen to the podcasts they are unlimited knolage you can't find anywhere for free or a small fee. PS I'm from BK to loved there for 30 years.

I would only go for the good neighborhoods. You can flip it for more money and it will sell faster. Also make sure it is a good school district. At least that is my comfort zone.

it should include overhead and reserve. Your cash flow is only after every expance has been paid

I think if a PM  company is not treating you with the respect you desirve, than that are not worth keeping or your time. If I had my own PM company ( I probably will one day) I would treat you like an investment in the hopes that one day you will bring in 1000 a month for me.

I would think Rentas would be happy to have solar panels.they reduce their electric bill but it is an eyesore and what happens when you need a new roof. there are a lot of pros and cons you just have to weigh them all out I guess.
