Hi. I'm wholesaling in NJ and I have a bunch of leads where sellers would prefer selling with a realtor or their property is renovated and they want market value. I'd like to share these leads with a New Jersey real estate agent and be paid a portion of their commissions for bringing them the deal. Does anyone have a Joint Venture Agreement/Contract where I can split a portion of the realtor commissions at closing? Preferably in NJ.
