Ditto. What are you looking for? We are active in the rehab and fix side of things. Reach out if you have any questions or want to network.

Honestly I'd recommend to go to all of them. Find as many as possible and network with everyone and anyone in the business. You never know where you'll find that connection

Check into surplus warehouse.  They have locations in North Carolina.  We just purchased a complete kitchen from them at a reasonable price.  Fully assembled plywood.

Well if they don't I won't buy it. Ha!  In this case it would not necessarily be a straight commission deal. More of a flat fee. I just got a "are you a dumbass or something?"  response from the seller. Hence the question.

Just asking the question. It it totally crazy to use an agent that you have been working with all along to handle the purchase of an "off market  property advertised that you found?

I know that a bunch of people are going to jump in and say why pay a fee to someone for something not on the MLS? But it seems to have some value to me, as I'm not the best negotiator myself and I feel like I need someone with access to data that I don't have to make an informed decision.

Is that just dumb if I'm paying a fee for someone to handle the paperwork and negotiating for me?

Interested in your thoughts.

Ok thanks. That makes sense. We're just setting up our books for the first time so I appreciate the feedback. We're at the end of our first flip so we wanted to get it right while it was still  simple to fix.
