I’ve been real estate deals my whole life, fairly new to bp , I find it very interesting to see so many others with same interests in my own back yard, are there places where people meet up??

FYI; what most people don't realize is during the 1970s and 80s Oklahoma city  had the opportunity to become the central hub for the USA. due to politics and governing authorities and airports they refused that opportunity, therefore DFW became that central hub!!

as a result that I am thankful for in okc I can still get a speeding ticket during rush hour traffic!! (in a 1m+ population metro) loving it !!!

great story! I remember my first!!!

good luck and much continued successes !!!!!

I have a good one in Oklahoma city (18 cap range) need partner if anybody interested

(only serious, no tire kickers please), reach out to me for more info if interest

I think that was probably all accurate info but I don't think anybody is going to read it lol

very strong, but its gobbled up pretty quick, out of state investors are even buying the new construction multi-family!! which is a much different price point and they still feel that its good!!

hello Tom, we also have the most triple doubles here in okc

I totally agree, I would never want to rule out the biggest market in the state, I'm just saying there are even more opportunities
