Thanks for your reply. I am in late 30's so no where near to retirement. But wanted to move to Orlando in 2 - 3 years time frame. For now I am financially stable with no debt of any kind and I don't own any property. Right now I am renting thinking that I will move down south.

Yes factored in that I have to pay for property manager 10%. I am looking at smaller ones like 2 - 4 units etc.

I am very new to BP and also to real estate investment. I have 50k Cash and I want to make best use of it. I live and work in NYC and wanted to retire and live in Orlando in future. So I wanted to invest in multi unit complex with good cash flow. Any suggestions or leads welcome.
