Have 50K cash - How to invest in REO in Orlando

Hi RealEstate Guru's,

I am very new to BP and also to real estate investment. I have 50k Cash and I want to make best use of it. I live and work in NYC and wanted to retire and live in Orlando in future. So I wanted to invest in multi unit complex with good cash flow. Any suggestions or leads welcome.
