Hi Biggerpockets Family I'm from New York City .

I'm a faily new passive investor.

I'm interested in purchasing a 3 or 4 family house in Waterbury Ct and I'm looking for property management. 

Any referrals for any companies.

Any information on which areas in Waterbury to look into

Does any one have any information in regards to turnkey markets in Newark Oh or little rock Arkansas.  Are these markets any good?

I'm from NYC but I noticed some states do not require an real estate attorney to close  deal.  Would I need an attorney to just purchase a turnkey property in any of these two markets?
