Mr. Nau,

I was very moved by your insight and positivity around Hawaii real estate.  My wife and I purchased our first property on Oahu last year despite some telling us it was not a good time. Finding tenants was much easier than we thought and we are excited for the future holds as we proactively evaluate listings almost daily.
