I'm new to wholesaling and came into contact with a realtor shes asking me " what am I looking for" so I was wondering what are some questions I should ask to better understand what type of properties she works with and how we can work together. What does a typical wholesaler realtor. Consist of. I dont want to mess up a relationship with a potentially good partner

What I gathered from this fourm is the the people who has done it or know someone who has been a part of wholesaling INC  found it to be worth the investment. The negative reviews are from people who hasn't been through the program.  So I'm going to try it out. And post up my experience.
