Hey everyone, thanks for the warm welcome. All great advice. I'm currently attending the Capital City Wealth Builders meetings monthly and have read Ken McElroy's ABC's of Real Estate Investing along with quite a few other non-real estate investment books. I play Cash Flow board game weekly. I will definitely check out the resources you all mentioned above! 

Hey everyone, I'm new to BiggerPockets. I was referred to the site by Tapan Trivedi, a pro member who runs Capital City Wealth builders. 

I'm currently investing in simple businesses and trading stocks. I'm really just getting into Real Estate Investing. I'm excited about real estate because of the ease and availability of OPM that can be used to leverage large deals. 

I currently work in the film business, distribution and marketing, I want to be financially free and out of the rat race within the next two years.
