Hey everyone, I'm new to BiggerPockets. I was referred to the site by Tapan Trivedi, a pro member who runs Capital City Wealth builders.
I'm currently investing in simple businesses and trading stocks. I'm really just getting into Real Estate Investing. I'm excited about real estate because of the ease and availability of OPM that can be used to leverage large deals.
I currently work in the film business, distribution and marketing, I want to be financially free and out of the rat race within the next two years.
