I'm very interested in the zoom call as well.

I listened to Dave Meyer discuss the book on his podcast. I am definitely ordering my copy!

Hello,

I have been doing lots of planning on a buy and hold LTR strategy. I have idea of financing, market, long-term goals, and how she could be involved. I am looking for any advice or tips that would be helpful to write a one or two page business plan/proposal to pitch to the spouse.

Hello, I am still the planning phase of my business plan  real estate investing from the Sioux City, Iowa region.  I have prior experience analyzing buy and hold commercial properties from a prior job.

I am most interested in the buy and hold strategy with single and multi-family homes to increase cash flow to start. Looking for some advice and insights about getting started in the NW Iowa area. Look forward to connecting.

We're hosting a meetup September 12th at Jackson Street Brewery if you're interested in meeting some investors in the area.  Social hour starts at 6:00.

Hi Jacob, that sounds great! I will mark my calendar for that time and date. Thanks for the invite.

Hi, my name is Jonathan, I am 31 years old. I am a newbie to real estate investing from the Sioux City, Iowa area. I have no prior real estate experience, but I have worked in the financing side of commercial deals for the company I work for.

I have doing research with alot of real estate books, BP books,  and listening to plenty of podcasts.  I am looking to continue to educate myself through the BP network and connect with experts to gain insights.

I am most interested in the buy and hold strategy with single and multi-family homes to increase cash flow to start. My goal would be to eventually create enough success in the next 10-15 years to replace my 9-5 job.

Looking forward to connecting with others as I get started on my journey. Thanks again and I am welcome to any advice.
