Hello! I'm new on commercial real estate, I have a property that I want to put on Triple Net lease. The property is in Auburndale, Florida, the building has about 1,600 sq feet. How do I find tenants? Any contracts I can look for example? And how I can advertise it? Any tips would be great! Thanks

Hello! We have a few vacant lots in a very attractive location in Texas. They just built an H-E-B (Grocery Store) in front of our lots. I was planning in a near future to build a Shopping center, but I dont know where to start to get finance for such project.
