Welcome! It seems we are in the same cohort, me and my partner just started our real estate journey as well. We are interested in house hacking in Las Vegas area. Let me know if you want to connect. I would love to have someone else to share our journey and we can bounce ideas off of each other.

Hi all, we are Jonathan and Ada, a new couple to the real state investment world. We just wanted to introduce ourselves.
We are based on Las Vegas, NV and are excited to start this journey. We are planning on closing on our first home three months from today, so sometime in the month of May. We are looking to househack either a duplex or SFH. We are choosing these two vehicles because we want to take advantage of the FHA loan since we will be living in the property.
We are committing to you by promising to document our journey through buying our first home and posting it here on BP. Hopefully serving other new investors, giving them an insight on the whole process moving from analysis paralysis to receiving the keys to our new home, giving them strength and courage to jump into their own journey and joining us.

Hi @Marvin Lee I am currently in search for a CPA in Las Vegas area, was wondering if you found one and what has your experience been? Any recommendations?
