I agree 100%. The seminar was good! They just lost me when they kept on with the mastery program. I just didn't get much out of it after that. I think it would be great to get a group together and meet. Fill me in on the details if you set this up. I would love to join.

@Gilberto Fuentes I was actually at this seminar. I haven’t, nor would I ever consider taking the mastery program. I can’t say how good their coaching is. I can tell you that all of the different calculators, tools, and methods they were pitching can be found online for free. Their are videos on YouTube that can teach you all you need to know about starting your first fix-and-flip. You can learn everything without spending anything. Much less $25k. It seemed like a scam to me.
