I am looking to starting my real estate investment journey in Columbus Ohio so am looking for recommendations for a RE agent & property manager that has experience with the BRRR strategy.

Hello, I am looking to start my RE investment journey in Huntsville, Alabama. It would be much appreciated if anyone had referrals of real estate agents and property managers for multi families. I am looking to use the BRRR strategy so any real estate agent that has experience with that would be a definite positive in my books.

Title says it all. I'm looking to possibly investing in the Allentown area, so I am looking for motivated a real estate agent and property managers that really understands the area to work with.

@Frank Chin Thanks for the detailed response. Im in the opposite situation. Im living in the NYC and finf the property here is too expensive to invest in for cash flow. Philly property is still a fraction of NYC property and not too far of a drive
Subject says it all. I live in the NYC area and the properties seem way too expensive to purchase and rent out. Would looking into a neighboring city such as Philidelphia where property is cheaper be a better alternative?
