I am able to find some vendors in ADU prefab space, but does anyone have recommendations on stick built contractors with ADU experience, and vetted to be a high value referral for us to serve in the Sacramento, CA area? High value = benefits way exceeding costs...thanks in advance,
John
sounds good. what is the makeup of the group, ie. how many realtors, lenders, etc and how many RE investors?

What is exactly included in the Basic subscription of Invelo, which is included with Pro BiggerPockets? I was trying to use the basic version today and uploaded some records and it looks like I can do anything with it! For example, I can't see a way to use any marketing packages??? It would be good to know exactly what features/capabilities can be used with just the Basic since this is supposed to be some added value to the Pro BiggerPockets subscription.
thx
John

Neat product!
What type of persona is Invelo's platform catered towards?
Hey @Kevin Liu! The platform is built off of best practices from real estate investors, but we also have a number of real estate agents who use many of the tools.
Our Starter plan (which is free) is really designed to support newbie investors, as all of the available presets are what they should be using in building lists and sending marketing campaigns.
The Individual plan is perfect for the investor who has established investing strategies and is looking to scale.
And the Professional plan is a great space for seasoned vets who need a robust system where their team can work through the entire acquisition process.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thank you
John

there is a big opportunity for BiggerPockets to add big value for esp California ADU developers as the state has passed some very good legislation to make adding ADU's and JADU's alot easier, expedient and less expensive. You could enhance your Rent Calculator or some rental website should be adding filters for this. They are still widely known as "mother-in-law" units, and can get some hits on this but not many.
Big need, potential big value, but not on my main path, so I can't deviate to be an entrepreneur for this but someone will...

Anybody know of any good tools or websites to yield the kind of analysis the Bigger Pockets Rental Property tool provides however for ADU's and JDU's? I tried to use Rent.com and other rental website to filter by ADU but they haven't adapted/upgraded yet to this capability.
We are looking for prospective property that has existing single fam res on large enough lot to build an ADU and convert the garage to a JDU and of course I need to know not only the costs but the projected rental rev.
thx
