Would you consider partnering on a deal in Daytona Beach or even Georgia? I’ve got a deal on Columbus I’m doing slide diligence on.
I just tied one up in San Antonio that looks promising as well.
If you want to stay around Jacksonville no worries. I can let you know if I find another property.
