It may have been a thin deal.  The experience will help on all future deals.  I know some of my deals have been thin.  It has helped me shop for better prices on materials and labor.  Great job and happy investing.

Do you know people that are looking for work on rehabs?

Need good Good people that are not way expensive as profits are thin on the rehabs there in Pottstown.

That is great to hear.

I used my 401K three times.

Used the rent to pay it back sooner so I could borrow back.

Now I'm using others peoples money to buy.

Very good read. I love how you scaled up so fast.  I told people around me that the faster you go the easier it gets.  Before I left me 9-5 job I was going slow.  Now I am scaling up fast. 9 deals already this year.

I'm from Southern Calif. Always been outside.  

Moved to New York was inside with the meter and gas meter.

Moved to PA.  All the properties I have been have panel box inside...Been inside very old and new homes.
