Hello everybody.  

I just got my Wisconsin real estate salesperson license, and accepted a position with a local broker.  Does anybody have any tips on ways to get some clients, and things to do to get my name out there.  Also, if anybody has any tips on things i can do, learn, work on, to speed up the learning process and impress my new boss?  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

@Scott Schultz @Karmen Feist My goal is to get my license and use it for access to the MLS, be able to make my own offers, and obviously look forward to learning what it teaches me.

@Karmen Feist That seems to be the most practical route.  What website did you take yours through and how much did it cost? Im seeing an On Demand course on the Wisconsin Realtors Association, for $325.  Does this sound reasonable/correct? I don't want to pay for something or start down that road if thats not what i need.
